Service description
Lukata provides the Conversion Engine with Verified Intake: a structured website intake and conversion system that captures visitor information, qualifies leads based on business rules, and supports booking workflows. Verified Intake is the built-in trust layer that validates every AI response against approved facts, blocks unsupported claims, and maintains an auditable record of conversations and safety events. In client deployments, the system may integrate with third party tools (such as Google Calendar) based on configuration and permissions granted by the client.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including increased conversions, revenue, or bookings. Performance depends on your traffic, offer, configuration, and operational follow up.
AI, automation, and Verified Intake
Our service uses AI models to generate assistant responses in demo and client-deployed widgets. These responses pass through the Verified Intake validation pipeline, which checks every reply against approved facts, blocks unsupported material claims, and prevents fabrication. Conversation transcripts are retained and available to the business owner for review.
Despite these controls, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. AI responses are not professional advice. For legal, medical, financial, or other regulated matters, consult a qualified professional.
Lead qualification and scoring are performed by deterministic business rules, not AI. The system does not use AI inference to make qualification or routing decisions.

Third party services
